SACRAMENTO, Calif. — For the first time in school history, the Sacramento State gymnastics team will host a pair of youth summer camps at its new training facility.

The first camp is designed for gymnasts ages 6-10 and will take place June 28-29. The camp is dedicated to helping gymnasts enhance their skill set through basic fundamentals, technique improvement and skill progressions. The Hornet coaching staff will emphasize individualized instruction, making this experience both enjoyable and rewarding for each participant while structured towards recreational and compulsory levels.

A high-performance camp will take place on July 12-13. The camp is open to any and all participants ages 8-18 and is structured towards all competitive levels (levels 6-10 recommended).

Each camp will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on both days and costs $350. Registration is available by selecting the link on the page.
