SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento State track and field teams announced the addition of 29 student-athletes as part of its 2025 signing class. The group is made up of 15 men and 14 women and covers nearly every event. Among the signees are an NCAA Div. I All-American and several state champions.

Women
S'Niyah Cade (Chandler, Ariz./Chandler HS)
- Graduated from Chandler HS in 2025.
- Named the Arizona Girls 2025 Track Athlete of the Year.
- Won the Arizona state title in the 100, 200 and 4x100 and placed seventh in the long jump as a senior.
- Set PRs in the 100 (11.70) and 200 (23.79) at the state meet.
- Anchored the 4x100 relay which won the city and state titles.
- Best long jump was 19-04.50 as a freshman and was matched during her senior season.
- Was also the Chander City champion in the 200 and long jump.
- Placed sixth in the 200 and eighth in the 200 at the state championships as a junior.
- Finished sixth in the 200 and anchored the state championship 4x100 team as a sophomore.
- Began her high school career by winning the 100, placing third in the long jump and fourth in the 200 at the AIA Div. I Championships.

Victoria Chatter (Clovis, Calif./Buchanan HS)
- A 2025 graduate of Buchanan HS in Clovis, Calif.
- Placed seventh in the 200 and 10th in the 100 at the California State Championships.
- Was the Central Section Div. I and the Tri-River Athletic Conference champion in the 100.
- Won the 200 title at the Central Section Masters Meet.
- Top wind-legal times during the year were 11.76 in the 100 and 23.91 in the 200.
- Ran the opening leg of the 4x100 relay team which placed third at the Central Section Masters and 10th at the state championships.
- As a junior, she finished second in both events at the section masters and advanced to the state meet in the 100.
- Began her high school career at Miramonte HS in Orinda, Calif.
- Advanced to the state meet as a freshman in the 200.

Jaylin Hunter (Long Beach, Calif./Long Beach Poly HS)
- A 2025 graduate of Long Beach Poly HS.
- Was the Moore League champion in the 400 and finished second in the 200 as a senior.
- Finished eighth at the Southern Section finals in the event.
- Top wind-legal times were 23.96 in the 200 and 55.16 in the 400.
- Advanced to the CIF State Championships as part of the 4x100 relay team which finished in second place as a junior and eighth place as a sophomore
- As a freshman, she was on the 4x400 relay team which was fifth at the state meet.

Gianni Miles (Fairfield, Calif./Rodriguez HS/Jessup)
- Competed at Jessup for two years.
- Finished second at the NCCAA Track & Field Championships in the 100 and 200 in 2025.
- Recorded career bests in both events at the national championships with times of 10.36 in the 100 and 21.14 in the 200.
- Was also the PacWest champion in the 100 and finished second in the 200.
- A 2023 graduate of Rodriguez HS in Fairfield, Calif.
- Won the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. III title in the 100 as a senior, was second at the SJS Masters and advanced to the state championships.
- Claimed the Monticello Empire League title in both the 100 and 200 as a senior.
- Anchored the 4x100 relay team which won the M.E.L. and the SJS Div. III crowns.
- Was the league champion in the 100 and finished second in the 200 as a junior.

Cayden Roberson (Eastvale, Calif./Roosevelt HS/Colorado)
- Redshirted at Colorado during the 2025 season.
- Competed in one indoor meet in the 400 and 60-hurdles.
- A 2024 graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt HS in Eastvale, Calif.
- Was the Big 8 League champion in the 300-hurdles and finished second in the 110-hurdles.
- Fastest times were 14.61 in the 110H and 37.06 in the 300H.
- Placed second in the 300H at the Southern Section Div. I prelims and eighth at the section finals.
- Won the league title as a junior, finished first at the Southern Section Masters Meet and was third at the California state meet.

- A 2025 graduate of Reed HS in Sparks, Nev.
- Won the Nevada 5A state title in the 100 and 200 as a junior and senior.
- Had the top time in 12 of his 14 100m races and 11 of 12 200m races during his final year.
- Fastest wind-legal times were 10.47 in the 100 and 21.08 in the 200.
- Was part of the 4x400 relay team which was third and the 4x100 team which finished fifth at the state meet in 2025.

- A 2025 graduate of Piedmont Hills HS in San Jose, Calif.
- Won the Central Coast Section title and placed eighth at the state meet in the 100.
- Ran 10.51 at the state championships to set his PR.
- Placed 10th in the event at the 2025 Nike Outdoor Nationals.
- Also won the section title and was fifth in the 200 at the state championships.
- Top time was 21.02 in the prelims at the CIF State Championships.
- Was the Bay Valley Athletic League champion in the 100 and 200 as a senior.

Myles McFarland (Elk Grove, Calif./Cosumnes Oaks HS/San Jose State)
- Attended San Jose State during the 2024-25 academic year.
- Finished fifth at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships in the 110-hurdles.
- Ran 13.93 at the Stanford Invitational for his best time.
- Also competed in the 400-hurdles in three meets with a best of 55.52.
- Indoors, he had a best of 8.07 in the 60-hurdles at the Mountain West Championships.
- Was a member of the 4x400 relay which placed third at the meet.
- A 2024 graduate of Cosumnes Oaks HS in Elk Grove, Calif.
- Won the CIF State Championship in the 110-hurdles after running 13.69 in the finals.
- Finished in 16th place at the New Balance Nationals.
- Had the top time in 14 of 19 110H races during the season.
- Was the Delta League and Sac-Joaquin Section champion.

- Won the Bay Valley Athletic League and NCS Tri-Valley Area championships that same year.

- Recorded his first sub-48 second 400 at the Sac State High School Classic at Hornet Stadium.

- Ran races ranging from 400-3200 meters during her career.
- Placed seventh at the Central Section Masters meet in the 1600.

- Best 3200 was 11:15.56 at Redondo Nike Track Festival.
- Ran the final leg of the 4x800 relay team which finished in fifth place at the 2024 CIF State Championships.

- Won the Delta League title in the triple jump and placed third in the 400 in 2025.
- As a junior, she was fifth at the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I Finals in the 400.
- Best long jump was 17-09.00 at the 2024 Delta League Finals.

- Set her career high in the heptathlon with 4,775 points in the summer of 2024.
