Hit .403 as a senior while posting a 1.71 ERA and 85 strikeouts on the mound… First-team All-Metro selection, first-team All-Foothill Valley League, and Foothill Valley League MVP honors in his final prep season… Hit seven home runs and drove in 25 runs in his final prep season, while also throwing a no-hitter on the mound against Rio Linda HS, striking out 13 without a walk over six innings… Scored 32 runs and added eight doubles… Finished 1-0 with a 1.79 ERA on the mound as a senior, striking out 84 in 54.2 innings, while walking only 18… Hit .301 as a junior with 11 runs and 23 RBI.
