2024 Season

• Competed in all six meets and was among the top four runners on the team in each race.
• Fastest 8K was 25:35.1 at the UCR Invitational.
• Ranked second on the team at the Big Sky Championships after running 25:54.9.
• Was third among Sacramento State runners at the NCAA West Regional with a 10K time of 33:36.1.

2023 Season

• Was in the lineup in all six meets during the season.
• Led the Hornets in five meets and placed second on the team in the other.
• Fastest 8K time was 24:53.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
• Placed eighth at the Pacific Invitational for his highest finish.

2022 Season

• Competed in all five meets, scoring for the team in each one.
• Led the Hornets at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, Big Sky Championships and NCAA West Regional.
• His time of 25:14.3 at the Big Sky Championships ranks as the fourth fastest in school history.
• Ranked fifth in school history with an NCAA Regional time of 30:39.2.
• Fastest 8K was 24:47.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

2021 Season

• Competed in all five meets during the season.
• Led the Hornets at the NCAA West Regional with a 10K time of 33:03.9.
• Ranked second among Sacramento State runners at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational and the Big Sky Championships.
• Best 8K time was 25:16.6 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

2020 Season

• Ranked second on the team at the Big Sky Championships with a season best 8K time of 26:42.5.
• Was third among Hornets at the William Jessup Invitational after running 27:31.6.

High School

• A 2020 graduate of St. Francis HS in Mountain View HS.
• Qualified for the California State Cross Country Championships during his final three seasons.
• Fastest 5K time was 15:40.0 at the Stanford Invitational as a junior.
• Primarily competed in the 1600 and 3200 in track.
• Ran 9:32.57 in the 3200 as a junior for his career best.
• Started his senior season with a time of 4:27.1 in the 1600 before the year was canceled.
