2024 Season

• Missed the majority of the season with an injury but returned to run at the NCAA West Regional.

2023 Season

• Competed in four meets during the season.
• Finished second or third among Hornets in each meet.
• Fastest 8K time was 25:23.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

2022 Season

• Ran in all five meets, ranking among the top four on the team in each contest.
• Led Sacramento State at the Nevada Twilight Classic and UC Riverside Invitational to start the season.
• Best 8K came at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational where he ran 25:18.6.

2021 Season

• Competed for the team in the first five meets of the year.
• Scored for Sacramento State in all five meets.
• Ranked third on the team at the Sacramento State XC Invite.
• Fastest 8K was 26:08.5 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

High School

• A 2021 graduate of Nevada Union HS in Grass Valley, Calif.
• Set PRs in the 800 (2:00.58), 1600 (4:30.85) and 3200 (9:31.70) as a senior.
• As a sophomore in 2019, he qualified in the 1600 for the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. III Championships.
• Was fourth in the 1600 at the Foothill Valley League in the 400 and was fifth in the 800.
• Also competed in cross country for the Miners where he was a state qualifier as a sophomore .
• Finished first in three races in an abbreviated senior season.
• Qualified for was second at the Sac-Joaquin Section finals in 2019.
• Ran 16:12.7 at the state meet for his best 5K time.
