Ran the 1500 in three meets.
Fastest time during the season as 4:00.03 to place second at the Causeway Classic Dual.
Did not compete during the indoor season.

2023 Season

Recorded the fifth-fastest 10K in school history after running 30:27.80 at the Mt. SAC Relays.
Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the event.
Set a PR in the 1500 in 3:53.66 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
Fastest 5K was 14:53.25 at the RJ/JJK Invitational.
Ran the mile, 3K and 5K during the indoor season.
His 5K time of 15:17.54 at the Washington State Invite places him seventh in school history.
Set PRs in the mile (4:29.84) and 3K (8:53.59) at the Don Kirby Invitational.

2022 Season

Ran the 1500, 3K, 5K and 10K during the outdoor season.
Set career bests in all four events.
Participated in the 800 and mile during the indoor season at the Lumberjack Challenge.
Also rank the 5K at the WSU Open.

2021 Season

High School

A 2020 graduate of St. Francis HS in Mountain View HS.
Qualified for the California State Cross Country Championships during his final three seasons.
Fastest 5K time was 15:40.0 at the Stanford Invitational as a junior.
Primarily competed in the 1600 and 3200 in track.
Ran 9:32.57 in the 3200 as a junior for his career best.
Started his senior season with a time of 4:27.1 in the 1600 before the year was canceled.
