2025 Season

  • Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the decathlon and triple jump.
  • Set his career high with 5,489 points in the decathlon at that meet.
  • Also set PRs in the 1500 (5:03.01) and discus (72-00) at the Big Sky meet.
  • Cleared 5-06.00 in the high jump at the Brutus Hamilton Multi to set his career best.
  • Finished in seventh place in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships.
  • Scored a career-high 4,438 points at the meet.
  • Recorded a PR in the high jump at the Big Sky meet after clearing 5-08.50.
  • Other career bests during the year included a pole vault of 13-06.25 at the McCluskey Memorial and a shot put of 32-08.50 at the UW Invitational.

2024 Season

  • Placed fifth in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships — his only decathlon of the year.
  • Set career bests at the meet in the 1500 (5:11.01), high jump (5-04.50), pole vault (13-09.00), shot put (31-01.75) and discus (66-10).
  • During the season, he set career bests in the 200 at the Hornet Invitational (23.96) and 400-hurdles at the Causeway Classic Dual (1:00.06).
  • Competed in four meets during the indoor season.
  • Participated in the heptathlon at the Riverfront Multi where he scored 4,391 points.
  • Set career bests during the year in the 60 (7.27), 60-hurdles (8.75) and high jump (5-05.75).

2023 Season

  • Scored for the team at the Big Sky Championships after placing sixth in the triple jump.
  • Best triple jump during the year was 45-07.75 at the RJ/JJK Invitational to set his career best.
  • Competed in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Multi where he scored a career high 5,407 points.
  • Also set career bests in the 400 (51.51), pole vault (12-10.25), shot pit (29-00.50) and discus (29-00.50) at that meet.
  • Finished first in the javelin at the Causeway Classic Dual behind a career long throw of 100-08.
  • Placed eighth at the Big Sky Championships in the triple jump and was 12th in the heptathlon.
  • Set his career best in the triple jump at the Linedman Invitational with a mark of 46-02.50 to start the season.
  • During the Big Sky heptathlon, he set PRs in the 60 (7.31), 60-hurdles (8.82), high jump (6-03.25), pole vault (12-07.50) and shot put (32-01.00).
  • Best long jump came at the Don Kirby Invitational where he traveled 21-03.25.

2022 Season

  • Made his collegiate debut in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships where he totaled 5,113 points.
  • Set career bests in nine of the 10 events over the two days.
  • Competed in the 100-hurdles, pole vault, long jump, triple jump and javelin during the regular season.
  • Qualified for the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the heptathlon.
  • Recorded indoor PRs in six of the seven events.
  • Ran the 60-hurdles and competed in the long jump and triple jump during the indoor season.

High School

  • A 2021 graduate of Pope John Paul II HS in Lacey, Wash.
  • Finished first in every meet as a senior in the 110-hurdles, 300-hurdles, long jump and triple jump.
  • Was named the state 1B Sprinter of the Year by The Runner.
  • Best marks included 11.58 in the 100, 21-11.50 in the long jump and 45-06.50 in the triple jump.
  • Placed seventh at the state meet in the 110-hurdles as a sophomore.
  • Trained with Alpha Seed Academy Club Team.
